Week 6: October 11th

Homeroom:

For Halloween, the school is organizing a contest. As a homeroom, we need to decorate our classroom door with recycled object and make it spooky. If you have any recycling that can be use for this purpose, please send it to school with your child. Thank you

This week we listened to a song (Coton ouaté - Bleu Jeans Bleu) and the students had an evaluation where they had to listen to it again and fill in the blanks with the missing words on their sheet.  The results will be posted during the week-end on Power School.  We went over the answers on the first part of the verb tenses worksheet (infinitif, présent et imparfait).  We will correct the future tense (futur simple) next Tuesday.

Next week, we will continue working a short descriptive text about an object or a person or a place.  They need to describe their subject in the past, present and future tense.  It is class work.  I will evaluate their use of the different verb tense we have seen in class  : imparfait, présent et futur simple.
Here is the rubric I will use : Temps des verbes.

We will go to the library on October 16th.
